Terms and Conditions

Shopping regulations:

1. Crash Art Studio sells goods of own production and produced by other companies through the Internet. Orders are accepted by the crash-art.eu website and through Facebook profile available at https://www.facebook.com/crashartofficial
    
2. All orders are orders with the obligation to pay.
    
3. In accordance with Art. 535 of the Civil Code, the seller agrees to transfer to the buyer ownership of things and spend his favor, and the buyer agrees to pick up and pay for dealer price.
    
4. Products offered by the Crash Art Studio are new and not used. In the case of the sale of used goods, this fact is clearly marked in the item description.
    
5. The Purple Bone Company is not liable for VAT. The sale proof is personal  invoice, which shows the VAT exemption pursuant to Art. 113 paragraph. 1 and 9 of the VAT Act.
    
6. Payment for purchased goods are allowed only in the form of bank transfers or transfers made via PayPal. We do not accept cash payments and do not issue receipts. Entry in the payment in a bank account or PayPal is a prerequisite for sending the goods to the customer.
    
7. Ordered goods are delivered via postal or courier companies, depending on Customer's order. The buyer is charged for delivery, plus a cost of packing goods.
    
8. Ordered goods can be delivered within the European Union. Sending the goods to a country which is not a member of the EU, requires confirmation and individual calculation of the delivery costs.
    
9. The Purple Bone company is not responsible for delays in delivery of the consignment.
    
10. Customer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns made after this period will not be considered. Before withdrawing from the contract, you must inform Crash Art studio of your decision by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail). After receiving an e-mail we will send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal from the contract.
     
11. The right of withdrawal shall be entitled only for the customer who is a consumer, and only when purchased object is not associated with his trade or profession.
     
12. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of ordering goods manufactured to individual request, especially particular clothing tailor-made or hand-painted using the template provided by the Client.
     
13. Buyer is responsible for a reduction in the value of things as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.
     
14. Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery of purchased items to the Crash Art Studio. There is a possibility of personal return of purchased goods, after appointment. After delivering the returned object Crash Art Studio is required to repay the amount of the purchase price being subject, less any consumption object. The cost of providing the item to the customer is not returned.
