Art and corsetry

I'm using only the best quality fabric to sew custom-made corset - usually thick cotton (denim), satin, linen and jacquard.
Corset template is prepared according to dimensions specified by the customer.

Corset contains boning made with spiral, composite and flat steel bones. Each of them perform their specific function.

My corset consists of 2-3 layers. Number of layers depends on the fabric. There is always a waist tape sewn through all panels to strengthen the corset where the fabric tension is greatest.
I always attach the back panel, sewn from fabric matching the one from corset.

Every detail of the corset (shape, length, waist circumference reduction and ornaments) are discussed in detail with the customer to meet all of her expectations.

Using the corset:

Corset should be washed by hand (with paintings or without), best wipe with a damp cloth with small amount of soap.

Corset should be stored in dry place, protected from dust and creasing because there might be a problem with ironing.

If you wear your corset for the first time, take care of seasoning. Lace the corset weakly at the beginning, and increase lacing strength by 2 inches at every 2 hours.
